ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Every other weekend (EOW) requirement with 2 weekends per 4-week schedule • Night shifts available with first to float policy • Patient ratio of 1:5 on 49-bed telemetry unit • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Must pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts with 80% score prior to contract signing • One shift of unit orientation provided • Experience required with reading basic telemetry strips, CVA/TIA patients, and total joint replacements • Cerner charting system experience recommended • Must interpret telemetry strips and sign at least once per shift • Floating requirements to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified • Navy blue scrub color required • Care for patients with CHF, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, post-catheterization, and total joint replacements • Work with equipment including BiPap, CPAP, and breathing treatments • Holiday requirements for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving • 4 shifts cancellation policy per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks) • BSN not required but nursing license submission required Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on cardiac and medical telemetry care.
