A membership-based primary group seeks family medicine physicians to serve the primary care needs of patients of all ages. Clinics are located throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area. Highlights Membership-based primary care with more than 180 locations across twenty-eight cities and counting! Practice model is designed to see fewer patients daily and spend more time engaging in thoughtful decision-making with a team-based approach, normally around 16 per day Fantastic opportunity to work with a medically complexpatient population in an integrated outpatient setting Work with a team that includes Health Coaches, nurses, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Flexible hours working Monday - Friday with an option for a four-day workweek.
