ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - CVICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts, 7 days on/7 days off schedule • Required to work 2 weekend shifts per pay period (two weeks) • Holiday requirement applies • Call or standby requirement - maximum 3 per 12 weeks • Float to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele units on both campuses as needed based on department skill needs • Must have more than 2 years of CVICU experience • Required to take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract (must score 80%) • Patient ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity • Titrate drips including Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epinephrine, Levophed, Insulin, Cardene • Experience required with IABP, CRRT, fresh open heart surgery patients from OR • Work with common diagnoses including AMI, CAD, PVD • Impella experience desired • Use Cerner charting system • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS • Dress code: Navy blue scrubs • Unit-specific orientation required • RNs read telemetry strips using in-room Nihon Khoden monitors • Work with respiratory equipment including vents, BiPap, CPAP, Vapotherm, HiFlow Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 12-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit providing specialized care for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
