Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Show Low, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,122 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Show Low, Arizona, 85901! Job Title: MedSurg/Tele Observation RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: MedSurg/Tele Observation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in MedSurg acute care setting License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: PALS preferred Description: 10 beds with MedSurg and tele capability on all beds. Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights; 1:4 for pediatrics, based on level of acuity. Support staff includes tele technicians, charge nurse, healthcare unit coordinators, and patient care technicians. Nurse managers conduct rounds but do not provide direct patient care. Position requires floating to all MedSurg units and ICU, managing MedSurg overflow patients. Any color scrubs are acceptable; scrubs are not provided. Cancellation policy allows for 3 per 13 weeks. Charting system used is Allscripts - Sunrise. Trauma level is 3.
