Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - CVICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) /n• Must work two weekend shifts per pay period (two weeks) - could be every Friday night or Saturday night depending on unit needs /n• Holiday requirement applies /n• Call or standby requirement with maximum of 3 per 12 weeks /n• Must have more than two years of CVICU experience /n• Required to take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract with 80% passing score /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS /n• Patient ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity in 12-bed unit /n• Must have experience with IABP, CRRT, and fresh open heart surgery patients from OR /n• Required to titrate drips including Dexmedetomidine, Propofol, Dopamine, Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, Levophed, Insulin, Cardene /n• Care for patients with AMI, CAD, PVD diagnoses /n• Floating required as needed to ICU/PCU/MS/Telemetry units at both campuses /n• Impella experience desired /n• RNs read telemetry strips using in-room Nihon Khoden monitors /n• Navy blue scrub color required /n• Unit-specific orientation provided /n• Charting system: Cerner /n• BSN not required /n/n Facility: /n This acute care medical center operates a 12-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit with 24/7 intensivist coverage and comprehensive cardiac services.
