Job Description Premier Physician Services is seeking an
experienced CRNA to work with our client facility in Flagstaff, AZ.
Contract Dates: September 8 – January 11 Schedule & Work Details: -
Shift options: 7 AM – 3 PM, 7 AM – 5 PM, 7 AM – 7 PM, or 3 PM – 11
PM - Approx. 40 hours per week (auto-generated schedule, shift
requests not available) - Operating Rooms: 11 in the main OR, 2 in
the ambulatory center - Patient Volume: 50-60 cases/day -
Department Specialties: Ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery,
general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo - EMR
Systems: Cerner & SaAnesthesia - Hospital Size: 317 beds - Rate:
220/hr Requirements: ? Board Certification: CRNA ? License: Arizona
license required before starting (time available to obtain) ?
Certifications: BLS or ACLS ? Experience: Recent hospital
experience required ? DEA & CSR: Not required Application Process &
