Information $2,432 per week About The Position Job Title: Intensive
Care / Coronary Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care
/ Coronary Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: All shifts Hours per
Shift: 36 guaranteed Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ICU
experience required License: Current valid unrestricted
Professional Nursing License (RN) Certifications: - Basic Life
Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association - Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association -
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart
Association (must be completed within six months of hire) - Trauma
Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) (must be completed within six
months of hire) - National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS (must
be completed within six months of hire) Must-Have: Associate Degree
in Nursing Description: Shared contractor housing only; no pets or
family allowed. This position is primarily in the Intensive Care
Unit and may require floating to other areas in case of low census.
The role involves providing nursing care to critically ill
patients. The Registered Nurse will perform a variety of
responsible nursing care procedures requiring professional
knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and
treatments. The ability to work independently in completing
assignments is essential. Guidelines include doctors' orders,
standards of care, nursing policies, procedures manuals, and
hospital policies. Nursing duties include the provision of
inpatient care and support in the ICU to individuals of all ages
and their families. After hours recovery of postoperative patients
will be required as needed. The setting features a culturally rich
environment with a diverse community. The nursing staff includes
registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners,
