Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) -
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) required within one year of hire - Trauma Nurse Core
Course (TNCC) required within one year of hire - Emergency Nurse
Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one year of hire - National
Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be completed within
6 months of hire - Emergency Severity Index Level 5 within 3 months
of hire - Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire Must-Have: -
Fingerprinting clearance prior to start - Current immunizations -
Limited housing options available Description: Provide emergency
care to individuals of all ages and their families. Perform a
variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge
and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments.
Work independently in completing assignments while adhering to
physician orders, standards of care, and nursing policies and
procedures. Engage with a culturally diverse community, providing
comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team of medical providers, including
surgeons, general medical officers, and specialized physicians.
Maintain up-to-date certifications and training throughout
employment. Participate in ongoing education and skill development
related to emergency nursing practice. Serves a large geographic
