RN Pre Op PACU Full TimeScottsdale Endoscopy Center is hiring a
RN Pre Op PACU Full Time.Job Summary: Under the direct supervision
of the Pre-Op/PACU manager, the PACU nurse is responsible for
implementing all physician orders, providing for the continuity and
quality of nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation
of the patients'' condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and
privacy at all time. At times, assist the physicians in the
procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation and
utilizing sterile technique as deemed appropriate.Responsible for
providing total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging
from general anesthesia and/or sedation. Responsible for
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient
and family in preparation for discharge.What We Offer

program.Required Skills:
- Current state Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care.
Experience working in an ASC is a plus.
- Must be able to start IVs.
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct
errors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness,
receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base
relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical
patient
- Understands principles of aseptic technique and their
implementation
- Excellent teaching skills
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
- Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to
communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
- Sign on bonus paid in 2 installments (half at 6 months and half
after 1 year of employment).USPI complies with federal, state,
and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.

vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical
exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption
