Job Description:
The RN Team Lead at CRBH in Lexington, VA, works full-time
nights (7pm-7am), rotating weekends and holidays.
Serves as a clinical resource, role model, coach, and leader,
ensuring efficient department operations and positive work
environment.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to optimize
outcomes, mobilizing the care team effectively.
Supports staff development, assists with scheduling, and conducts
team meetings to promote communication and issue resolution.
Requires a nursing degree, current VA RN licensure or eligibility,
CPR certification, and preferably 2 years of clinical experience
with leadership skills.
Must complete de-escalation training within 4 months and
demonstrate computer proficiency with electronic medical
records.
