Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing facility role. Provide direct patient care, monitor residents' health, and develop care plans with physicians. Maintain accurate healthcare records and supervise CMAs and GNAs, ensuring proper training and performance. Administer medications, perform routine procedures, and respond to emergencies. Uphold high hygiene standards and collaborate with the DON to ensure adequate staffing, minimizing overtime. Assess staff performance, promote effective shift communication, and review admissions for readiness. Notify physicians and families of significant health changes and investigate patient/family concerns. Requirements include current RN license, BLS/CPR, nursing expertise, and supervisory experience.
