Advanced Health Care, is currently hiring full time and per-diem therapists responsible for completing therapeutic evaluation assessments and corresponding treatments for patients in their place of residence. PTs will have direct contact with the referring SNF and in-house therapists to become acquainted with the primarily orthopedic patients prior to following them in the home.
