*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in emergency nursing will contribute significantly to the overall health and well-being of our patients.*Duties** Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with various medical emergencies.* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including physicians, specialists, and support staff.* Monitor vital signs and perform necessary interventions for critically ill patients.* Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Cerner and Epic.* Participate in infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.* Engage in critical care transport when necessary, ensuring safe transfer of patients to appropriate facilities.*Qualifications** Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.* Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association* Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting required.* Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.* Experience in behavioral health management is a plus.* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.* Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members effectively.Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional emergency care.
