  Requirements:
  • AZ License
  • Must have more than 2 years of experience
  • Must have -IABP, CRRT, Fresh OHS from the OR experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Impella experience desired Other Details:
    • Cerner EMR
    • Traveler must pass dysrhythmia exam
    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: AMI, CAD, PVD
    • Required to titrate drips
    • Floating Requirements: Yes as needed based on department skill needs to MS/Tele/PCU/ICU- both campuses
    • # of beds 12
