Job Type:RN (Registered Nurse)Full time/Part time DAY/NOC shift- (Benefits Only for Full-Time Employees)PRN DAY/NOCCompensation:NOC Shift has a $1.00 Shift Differential on all hours.RN-Up to $30-$40 per hour depending on experience--Responsibilities:Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering medication etc.)Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's ordersInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)Provide instant medical care in emergenciesFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesLicensure/Requirements:AZ RNBS or other diploma from a nursing programCPR/BLSFingerprint Clearance CardCOVID Vaccine is not a requirement for employment.
