This physician-led private practice has been serving the greater
Prescott area for many years. They currently employ 1 physician and
are seeking to hire an NP or PA due to growth. They are a
technology-forward office with a robust referral network, offering
telehealth capabilities from the office.
This is a standard outpatient primary care position in a private
practice. The duties of the provider role include, but are not
- evaluation and management of patients
- chronic disease management
- minor illness and injury treatment
- specialist referrals
- ordering labs and diagnostic tests
- conducting telehealth visits (from the office)
The majority of patients are adult, with an emphasis on geriatric
care as a specialization for the office.
The new provider will be supported by a dedicated medical assistant
and will see a variable number of patients per day (average is 20
to 25 visits, but that number is negotiable based upon provider
preference and patient needs).
The practice uses eClinicalWorks.
There are no on-call, evening, or weekend responsibilities.
- Arizona NP or PA license
- at least 6 months of advanced practice experience required; 1+
