Job Description:
Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a dedicated and strategic
Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement to champion
efficiency and lead initiatives that enhance our business
operations. Founded in 1922, we are a family-owned leader in the
distribution of food products and restaurant supplies. The
successful candidate will leverage their expertise in process
management to ensure business processes align with our core mission
of delivering exceptional quality and value to our customers. This
role requires a deep understanding of process optimization,
exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable
business practices. Analyze current business processes across
various departments and identify areas for significant improvement.
Implement strategic initiatives for operational excellence,
enhancing productivity and reducing costs while maintaining product
quality and compliance. Work closely with IT, customer service,
logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of
new processes. Manage and oversee project teams, ensuring
milestones are met and align with the overall business objectives.
Develop and sustain a continuous improvement culture across the
company. Prepare and present detailed reports on process
improvement projects and their outcomes to senior management.
Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean,
Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills. Effective communication and
leadership abilities. Proficient in using ERP systems and data
analysis tools. Medical Insurance 401k Profit Sharing Six Sigma
Black Belt certification preferred. Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
