OverviewProvides strategic leadership for the enterprise people
analytics function, setting the long-term vision and roadmap to
elevate data-driven decision-making across the organization. This
role leads the development of enterprise-wide analytics
capabilities that inform workforce strategies, enable executive
decision-making, and drive organizational performance. Partners
with HR and business leaders to translate complex workforce data
into forward-looking insights, oversees a high-performing analytics
team, and fosters a culture of evidence-based decision-making. By
embedding analytics efforts with business strategy and driving
innovation in tools, methods, and governance, this role plays a key
part in shaping the future of the workforce and driving continuous
improvement.
- Provide enterprise leadership and strategic direction for the
Workforce Insights & Analytics function, aligning initiatives with
long-term business and talent priorities.
- Advise senior HR and business leaders on workforce trends,
risks, and opportunities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Workforce Insights &
Analytics team, ensuring strong capabilities in data science,
storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Systems (HRS), MIS, and cross-functional
stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration, governance, and
accessibility.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including workforce
planning, predictive modeling, retention analysis, and employee
experience insights.
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide reporting standards,
data definitions, and KPI frameworks for consistency and
transparency.
- Translate complex data sets into strategic narratives and
insights to inform decision-making at the executive level.
- Oversee a portfolio of analytics projects, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
- Champion a culture of data literacy and evidence-based
decision-making across HR and the broader organization.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in workforce
analytics, AI/ML, and digital HR to guide innovation.
- Perform other duties as requested.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources,
Statistics, or a related field, with ten (10) years of progressive
experience in Workforce Insights & Analytics, workforce planning,
or related fields, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
with team oversight. OR
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources,
Statistics, or a related field, with six (6) to eight (8) years of
relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership
role.
- Proven success leading enterprise analytics strategies and
advising senior executives.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau, SQL, Python/R) and HR systems (e.g., Workday,
SuccessFactors).
- Deep understanding of HR functions, employee lifecycle metrics,
and business strategy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills,
with the ability to influence at all levels.What We Offer You

Require
- Domestic and international travel up to 30%.
- Use of personal protective equipment when performing work in
