We are growing and are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Business Office Manager - Accountant.As the Business Office Accountant, your responsibilities will include:--- Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark's central office--- Oversee all business office and primary accounting functions--- Processing payroll (semi-monthly)--- Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for the community--- Assist with monthly invoicing, Heavy Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable--- Partner with leadership team in the community on budgeting and financial decisionsThe ideal candidate will have:--- A degree in business administration, accounting preferred--- Experience processing payroll--- Experience working with budgets for multiple departments--- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills--- Prior exposure to computerized accounting software; experience with RealPage property management software is a plus--- Excellent time-management skills, flexibility and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks--- A genuine interest in working with a senior population--- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff members.--- Enjoy being part of a team--- An above-average level of attention to detail and accuracy--- A commitment to Touchmark's values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and giversBenefits:Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
