Job Description:
10 Year Veteran Material Handling Technician Lead Our Shop to
Excellence! You’ve seen it all, and you can fix it all. Discount
Forklift is looking for a Level III Technician to help lead our
service department and set the standard for quality. The Role As
Level III Tech, you are the backbone of our shop. You’ll: • Master
the Complex: Handle the most technical repairs that others can't. •
Mentor the Team: Guide junior staff and share your expertise to
grow the next generation of techs. • Lead Operations: Work directly
with the Shop Manager to keep our operations running like a
well-oiled machine. The Requirements • Expertise: A decade or more
of experience in the forklift or heavy equipment industry. •
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Diesel, LP, and
Electric systems. • Professional Equipment: Must possess a
master-level personal toolset sufficient for heavy-duty repairs and
advanced diagnostics. • Physical Stamina: The ability to handle the
"big jobs," including lifting to 90 lbs. What Benefits Does
