Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team! This individual can be located in Phoenix or Mesa Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil engineering projects related to land development (residential, commercial), transportation, and drainage. Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff. Assist in project scope definition, complexity assessment, and scheduling. Ensure project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and timelines. Support employee development, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to team building. Serve as a technical lead and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. 6 years of design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail. Leadership capabilities, including mentoring and project coordination. Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus opportunities.
