Medical and Dental 401K Plan with up to 4% match Life insurance Employee discount on tires, wheels, parts and auto service JOB DUTIES INCLUDING NOT LIMITED TO: Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including: engine transmission electrical steering alignment suspension brakes air conditioning, etc. Perform vehicle inspections. Test-drive vehicles. Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are well-informed of any additional services needed. JOB REQUIRED SKILLS & CRITERIA: Standing/Sitting/Squatting/Kneeling/Bending for long periods of time. Lifting/Loading/Unloading/Carrying (Up to 50 lbs) Practice safe use of machines, equipment, hand tools, power tools, jacks and lifts. Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards. Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment. Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, including safety glasses, and as needed, respirator, steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and other protective equipment as required. Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Service Advisor/Shop Manager or Store Manager. Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as updated.
