Work with various materials, including aluminum, titanium, and steel, to manufacture high-quality parts and components. Perform inspection of machined parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. Provide expert advice and consultation on CNC machining processes, tooling, and programming. Develop and implement strategies to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the design and engineering team to understand product requirements and provide input on manufacturability and process optimization. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and standards, including the AS9100 standard. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues promptly to minimize downtime. Train and mentor junior machinists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and capabilities. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Extensive knowledge and experience in multi-axis CNC machining, Mill focused. Proficiency in setup and operation. Strong understanding of different materials, including aluminum, titanium, and steel, and their machining properties. Familiarity with inspection techniques and quality control standards.
