Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Brazers with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. Job Title: Brazer Pay Rate: $18-$25 per hour Location: Phoenix, Arizona Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st and 2nd Shift Responsibilities: Perform brazing operations to join metal components. Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brazer in a manufacturing or metalworking environment. Must pass a brazer test. Proficient in brazing techniques and processes. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to read a tape measure.
