Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
travel opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) in Lakeside, CA, serving elementary school students from
Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade. This role offers the
chance to work primarily with students requiring speech services in
general education and mild/moderate special day classes, providing
crucial support to help children succeed academically and socially.
Position Details: Location: Lakeside, CA (Travel assignment)
School: Elementary school environment, Lemon Crest Elementary Start
Date: August 5, 2024 End Date: June 12, 2025 Weekly Hours: 40 hours
per week Daily Schedule: 7:30 AM 2:15 PM Caseload: Approximately 46
students Population Served: Grades TK-5, including students with
speech IEPs and those in mild/moderate special education classrooms
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language pathology
services to students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop,
implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Attend and
actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators
and families Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
Preferred Qualifications: California state license or certification
for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year
acceptable) Experience working with elementary-aged children in
school settings Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to
apply, as bilingual skills are a valuable asset Willingness to work
full-time in-person; teletherapy or hybrid options are not offered
Flexibility to work with a clinical fellow or speech-language
pathology assistant if necessary This is an exciting opportunity to

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53.
