We Offer: Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $65 per session Direct Career Track: Become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase. Studio Membership and Discounts: Access a free Studio Membership, product discounts Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach: Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Help members set and achieve goals Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Requirements No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF or ISSA a NCCA accredited equivalent) Were looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
