WA We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warranty
Coordinator to manage warranty claims, support customers, and
coordinate service appointments. This role is based on site in
Kirkland, WA. Responsibilities Handle warranty inquiries and
process claims. Schedule and coordinate service with vendors and
internal teams. Track claim status and maintain accurate
documentation. Communicate updates to customers professionally.
Identify trends and assist with process improvements.
Qualifications 1-3 years in warranty support and customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient with
Microsoft Office and CRM/service tools. Customer-focused and able
to multitask effectively. Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
