What You Will Do As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations and ensuring successful project execution. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of construction. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with layout, surveying, and project documentation Supporting quality assurance and ensuring field compliance with plans and specs Maintaining accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors Helping drive schedule adherence and field productivity Learning the GC's best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management roles What We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual with a strong commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for construction. Ideal candidates possess: Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred Must be comfortable working in the Field and working in accordance with the Project Manager and Superintendent, in managing the projects Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within Good tenure; we value professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus but no need if you don't have!
