Electrical Foreman Company: ICON Electric Location: Phoenix Metro Area Employment Type: Full-Time About ICON Electric ICON Electric is an Arizona-based electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial electrical work. We pride ourselves on strong field leadership, safe execution, and doing the work right the first time. As we continue to grow, we are focused on developing foremen who can lead crews, maintain quality, and keep projects moving. Position Summary The Electrical Foreman is a hands-on field leader responsible for supervising electrical crews and executing assigned scopes of work safely, efficiently, and to ICON standards. This role works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to plan daily work, manage manpower and materials, and maintain schedule and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electricians on active job sites Plan and assign daily work activities Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and ICON safety standards Read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules Coordinate work with other trades and jobsite leadership Order materials and manage tools and equipment Track labor hours and job progress; communicate issues early Perform daily quality checks and address deficiencies Complete required documentation (daily reports, timekeeping, safety forms) Mentor apprentices and support journeyman development Qualifications 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Prior Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) Strong working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company vehicle and fuel card (role/project dependent) Consistent workload and long-term career growth Advancement opportunities into General Foreman or Superintendent roles Why Join Us?
