Job Description:

Job Brief: Responsible for supporting real estate closing transactions by performing comprehensive review of subset of signed closing documents deemed critical to funding. Utilizes basic knowledge of mortgage loan documents, title/recording requirements of various counties nationwide, lender requirements to identify any post-closing issues and initiate issue resolution as needed. Demonstrates basic technical aptitude and knowledge of systems and tools. Accountable for effectively monitoring a pipeline of loans to meet lender requirements and SLAs with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities: Monitors a pipeline of loans to ensure critical documents are received and reviewed timely for disbursement Completes basic compliance review to confirm all critical to disbursement documents are executed accurately by the signer(s) and notary, all funds are collected, and any other Title or Lender requirements are met Communicates with local offices, notaries and signing providers regarding timely receipt of signed documents
