As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:Deliver therapy to school district employees, manage your schedule in partnership with the school district, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-personPerform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.What Foresight Offers:Competitive Compensation Package:Earn a base salary of $80,000/yearComprehensive Benefits Package: We offer our full-time therapists medical, dental, and vision coverages; HSA and FSA; company-paid basic life insurance; generous and flexible PTO of 4 weeks/year; paid company holidays, a 401K plan with a company match; and more.A supportive community in a purpose-driven team environment.What We're Looking For:We're seeking a therapist who is truly passionate about delivering individual therapy for school district employees, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices.
