Service Agents will play a vital role in providing inbound customer
service over the phone to individuals who have questions pertaining
to there application, enrollment, time sheets and workers
compensation. There will be some outbound calls to respond to
inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts.This is a very
collaborative team environment seeking an ambitious individual who
has excellent attention to detail, communication skills and is
computer savvy.
